Mr. Vitt founded Value Add Consulting, LLC in 2009 after observing a need for improvements in Operations within many companies that he dealt with on a daily basis. Throughout his career, he has held positions such as Vice President Engineering, Vice President Operations, Vice President Quality Assurance and Vice President Operations and Service. By working on every side of the fence, he uniquely possesses the insight that each discipline requires in order to be successful. Throughout his career, he has implemented value added structure, processes, and efficiency improvements that have streamlined Operations. He has saved companies significant amounts of money resulting from improvement initiatives that have added profit to the bottom line, expense reductions, and eliminated countless cycles from development processes. In order to have lasting success, he has helped companies implement efficient Quality Management Systems supported by high performance teams for on-going improvements.

An "Award Winning" Adjunct Professor at Rutgers University, Mr. Vitt believes in giving back to the community by teaching Operations Management and Strategic Management and Business Policy to Graduate and Undergraduate students. He is able to bring real-world examples into the classroom and practical theory into the real-world of business.

Mr. Vitt has a Bachelor of Science Degree in Commerce and Engineering from Drexel University and an MBA from Rowan University where he received honors as a Beta Gamma Sigma scholar. As an accomplished speaker, he has presented at many industry associations on the importance of standardized processes, process improvements, ISO-9001 as a basis for a QMS structure and on the European Union Directives. He has also received many awards and honors for Outstanding Performance and is an inventor of U.S. Patent 7,793,415.
